Offering one and two bedroom apartments. These complexes are located in residential West Endicott, two blocks from the beautiful Round Top County Park and near En-joi Golf course. These apartments are nice for small families and couples, even allowing indoor cats (with a monthly fee). Located about four blocks from the intersection of West Main Street and Nanticoke Drive, it offers the advantage of walking to places of interest instead of driving or taking the bus. However there is a stop right out front for those that do need public transportation. Off street parking is also offered to all residences behind the building. The Utilities for this location are very low, due to the fact that they are thru Endicott Municipal, not NYSEG.

This duplex is the only house we rent, and is not often up for rent. It is in a lovely residential area in West Endicott. This residence is welcoming to indoor cats (monthly pet fee applies). The Heat is included with the rent but electric is thru Endicott Municipal.

 

 

1-16 Hillside Court

Offering two and three bedroom apartments in a lovely community atmosphere. Dogs 20 lbs. and under and cats are welcomed here (monthly pet fee applies), and offsite parking is offered to all tenants.  Within walking distance to Nanticoke Ave. there are opportunities for fine dining, theatre, and shopping. The Electric service is thru Endicott Municipal, and that gas is thru NYSEG.
